The Rev. Sarah Rockwell has been a priest in the Episcopal Church of New Hampshire for over a decade. Before coming to St. Andrew's, Sarah served as the Vicar and then Rector of St. Peter's Church in Londonderry. She has served parishes in Western Massachusetts and Virginia. Her husband, Hank Junkin, is the Rector of Church of Our Saviour in Milford, where they have their home. Sarah received her M.Div from Yale Divinity School, and has been trained in Spiritual Direction at the Hesychia School for Spiritual Direction in Tucson, AZ.
Sarah feels passionate about helping people discover God, especially in ways they've never expected. She also loves to cook, knit, read, hike, kayak, watch good movies, and play with her pet cats... or any animal she encounters. Sarah feels excited to participate in the work of the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the people of St. Andrew's. The community which the parish serves is undergoing much change, which provides many opportunities for St. Andrew's to rethink how to be "church" for the people of West Manchester. There's lots to explore, and many ways to serve!
